they pass unnoticing
strangers feeling
its thirst of life
and the potency of its grasp
is undeniable
valiant warriors
fight in dress and style
speech or sound
but it amounts only
to newer incarnations
and no distinction
is gained
and the sameness
paves our lives
with the omnipotent
sterility
that is life
